Hi, I’m Catie — a certified personal trainer, nurse practitioner, and mom in my 30s.
I believe that learning how to resistance train properly and fuel your body well are some of the most powerful things you can do for your long-term health.
After years working in healthcare, I’ve seen how much of “sick care” could be prevented by building strength and supporting your body through movement, nutrition, and consistency.
My journey hasn’t been perfect (whose is?), but I’ve learned that progress doesn’t come from doing it all perfectly, it comes from showing up for yourself.
I started Wellness by Catie to bridge the gap between fitness and preventive health. Here you’ll find simple strength workouts, practical nutrition tips, and mindset shifts to help you protect your health, not just your physique.
